Welcome to Milli driver (hereinafter referred to as the Service, we)! Ensuring the confidentiality of your personal data is an important principle of our work. What data do we collect?

We collect three categories of data about you : data you provide to us; data we collect automatically; and data we receive from other sources.

We do not collect or process information about your race or national origin, political opinions or membership of a political party, religious or philosophical views, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data or data relating to your sexuality.

Data you provide

Registration and profile data such as your name, phone number, email address, country, city, profile photo. We can collect phone numbers using a supporting tool – https://da2. milli.taxi:8088/v3/api/ for emergency communications, if permitted or required by law .

Data about the User using the Application in Driver mode , which may include driver’s license data and its status, information about the vehicle (type, make, model, year of production, color, technical passport data, license plate, vehicle technical inspection report, photo of vehicle), identification document details (including driver’s license, passport, government identification numbers), proof of identity, proof of residency status, physical address, date of birth, tax identification number, appropriate insurance, work permit, personal identification card driver, payment or banking information and other documents that may be required by applicable law. We may perform identity and/or background checks where permitted or required by law. This may require the collection and processing of data such as your photograph, identification document details, insurance number and criminal record. Contractors may process this information on our behalf.

Data we collect automatically

Location information . We collect Users’ location data for travel purposes, user support, security and anti-fraud purposes, and to comply with legal requirements. We collect location data (including GPS coordinates and Wi-Fi data ) based on your App settings and device permissions.

We collect data about the precise location of your device when the App is in active mode (the App is open and visible on the display) and when the App is running in the background (the App is open but not visible on the display) in Driver mode . Background application activity starts when a driver shift opens and stops when a driver shift closes. We may also collect precise location data for a limited time after you leave Driver mode to help identify and investigate road traffic accidents.

Transaction information . We collect data about your transactions related to the use of the Services, including the type of Services requested or provided, order details, payment transaction details, date and time of service, payment amount, route and distance traveled, and payment method.

Information about the use of the Services . We collect data about your use of the Services, including the date and time of use of the Application, features of the Application or pages viewed, failures in the operation of the Application or Site, and other aspects of use. We may also collect and use for marketing purposes data relating to third party sites you have visited or services you have used before using our Services.

Information about messages and calls . We provide Users with the opportunity to communicate with each other and with us through the Application. In order to provide this service, we receive information about the time and date of messages and calls and their content. We may also use this data for user support, security, resolving disputes between users, improving the quality of our Services, and for analytics purposes (for example, to evaluate and improve the performance of the Site).

Device Information . We collect information about the device you use to receive the Services, such as your device name, make and model, user intermediary, IP address, mobile operator, network type, time zone settings, language settings, advertising identifiers, browser type , operating system and version, screen settings, battery charge level, and installed applications that can be used for authentication purposes. We may also collect mobile sensor data such as speed, direction, altitude, acceleration, deceleration, and other technical data.

Cookies , analytics and third party technologies . We collect data through the use of cookies , pixels, tags and similar technologies (“cookies ” ). Data we receive from other sources

Third party services. We may receive information about Users from our contractors, which include identity and background verification service providers, insurance companies, financial services providers and marketing services providers. If you want to register using a third-party social network or authorization service (for example, VK), if such functionality is available, we may receive information from these services. Please refer to the privacy policies of the relevant third parties to learn how they process your data.

Government bodies. We may receive information about Users from law enforcement and other government agencies as part of a request received from them, during legal proceedings and in other cases provided for by law.

Other Users or Third Parties. On occasion, Users or others may provide information about you to us, including through customer support or in connection with claims or disputes. We only store and use such information if we could lawfully obtain it from you. How do we use your data?

We use personal information about your location using an auxiliary tool – https://milli.taxi/v1/autocomplete/ . This tool allows you to find the desired addresses at your request in hint mode, and calculate the distance between the points of departure and arrival (destination). The service does not save your data and does not collect statistics.

  2. Automated decision making . We use personal data for automated decision-making in the context of your use of the Services for the purposes of:

– establishing contact between Users (drivers and passengers) (or other types of Users depending on the context) based on factors such as availability and proximity;

– determining User ratings and deactivating users with low ratings;

– detecting Users who engage in fraudulent, unsafe or harmful activities;

– generating recommendations for the average price of a trip based on factors such as distance, location and time.

If required by law, actions based on such data processing will only be taken after the individual has made a decision and/or has been given the opportunity to appeal the decision.

How we share your data

We understand how important it is to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. In this section we describe in what cases and to whom we transfer the data we receive.

For other users

Certain User information is required to enable you to book and complete trips. In particular:

– information about the Driver provided to the Passenger includes name and photograph, vehicle details and photograph, location before and during the trip, ratings and reviews, number of trips, contact information.

We may be required to provide passengers with receipts and invoices containing information such as origin and destination, total trip duration and distance traveled, total fare details, driver’s name and tax number. We also provide other information on such checks if required by law.

For the purposes of other services, we provide other Users with the information necessary to order and provide such services.

For contractors

We may share your personal data with our contractors in connection with business purposes, in particular for:

– processing payments and carrying out transactions;

– user and technical support;

– cloud storage;

– insurance;

– transferring content, exchanging messages within the application, making calls within the application, push notifications;

– combating fraud;

– advertising, marketing and analytics.

In connection with the transfer of business

We may transfer collected information in connection with a significant corporate transaction, including a restructuring, merger, consolidation or sale of assets, in which personal information is part of the assets transferred. Deleting your account and data . You can delete your account in the Application settings or contact support to delete your account or data: taximturkiyye@gmail.com . We may ask you to verify account ownership and complete identity verification. In some cases, we may not be able to delete your account and may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes, such as completing the transaction for which we collected personal information, collecting a debt, identifying cybersecurity threats, troubleshooting problems, or correcting deficiencies in our Services, ensuring the right to freedom of speech or other rights of another User, use solely for internal needs in accordance with the context in which personal data was provided, to prevent fraud, comply with legal or other regulatory requirements and claim handling in connection with the Services. In these cases, we store the data in a way that prevents it from being used for other purposes.
